Hermosa Beach Neighborhoods

If you’re thinking to move to Hermosa Beach you should decide which neighborhood is right for you. To the locals it is divided into three subsections, you can tell where you are by the height from the water. From sand section, up to the valley, and the hill section above PCH.

Sand Section

Like it’s name, most homes here are located right next to the sand. With ocean being one border and Valley Drive being the top border. The homes here are some of the priciest in HB, also the closer you are to the pier in the middle of this area, the busier your streets and parking will be with Hermosa Beach being known for its nightlife and summer beach days.
